With a terrace under the vine pergola
On the left as you come in is the sitting area with satellite HD TV and three panels with 27 cycling routes that all start and end in Montbrun-les-Bains. On the right is the kitchen with a four-zone induction hob, an oven, an extractor hood, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and in the middle the dining table between two large lamps.
On either side of the dining area a step leads up: on the left to the wardrobe with two large cupboards and a mirror, on the right to the bathroom with a wall-hung toilet, a double washbasin and a very spacious shower. In the middle is the sleeping area with two beds of 200 by 90 cm.
There is a spacious terrace, and the garden is at your disposal.

Arrival and departure
Arrival from 15.00, departure by 10.00. The changeover day is flexible.
WiFi and TV
Free WiFi and satellite TV, in the apartment and in the studio.
Bed linen and towels
Reserve them with your request, or bring your own.
Heating
In April, May, October and November the heating is included in the rent.
Car and bike
Parking on the property, bicycles in the garage, and charging e-bikes is no problem.
House rules
No smoking and no pets, and no more people than on the booking. Final cleaning is compulsory.
Deposit
On arrival you pay a security deposit in cash, when the key is handed over. It is returned to you by bank transfer.
How booking works
You send a request, and Margriet and Joop contact you by e-mail as soon as possible. The invoice confirms your booking.
Cancellation
Free of charge up to 90 days before arrival. After that Margriet and Joop charge part of the rental price: 30% from 90 days, 50% from 42 days, 75% from 28 days and 100% from 14 days before arrival.
